  • Dependent Care FSA benefits apply only to custodial childcare expenses incurred to allow parents to work or seek employment, not to educational program fees. Our school provides structured Chinese language and cultural instruction, and FSA eligibility is determined by the nature of the service provided rather than a parent’s work schedule, even if the parent is working during class hours. In addition, the school operates as a heritage language school and is not licensed as a childcare provider; therefore, it is not considered a childcare facility. While tuition receipts may be provided upon request, the school cannot guarantee or certify Dependent Care FSA eligibility, nor can it complete or sign FSA verification forms.
