Summer Camp (2-6th Grade)
Summer Program 2026: Interested in joining our Summer Program? Simply complete the inquiry form to select sessions for your children. We will then guide you through the remaining admission and payment steps.
Eligibility:
- 2nd to 6th grade (2026 Fall)
- Beginner or students with novice-low mandarin speaking and listening skills
Tuition for any 2-week session:
- Half-day program: $490 (Session 2: $440)
- Full-day program: $980 (Session 2: $880)
Program Camp Schedule (AM and/or PM)
Students may choose either a half-day option or combine it to create a full-day program.
- AM Morning Session: 9:00am - 11:50am.
- PM Afternoon Session: 1:00pm - 3:50pm.

- Session 1: 6/15-6/19 & 6/22-6/26 (10 days)
- Session 2: 6/29-7/02 & 7/06-7/10 (9 days)
- Session 3: 7/13-7/17 & 7/20-7/24 (10 days)
- Session 4: 7/27-7/31 & 8/03-8/07 (10 days)

Option 1. CSL Chinese Conversation
(9:00am- 11:50am)
Boost your child’s Chinese listening and speaking skills through games, crafts, songs, and role-playing! Each day explores a new theme—home, school, festivals, and daily life—helping campers gain confidence in real-life conversations while having fun in a fully immersive Chinese environment.
Eligibility:
- No Chinese is spoken at home, or beginner with novice-low mandarin speaking and listening skills
Option 2. STEM Explorers Class
(9:00am-11:50am)
In this fun and challenging STEM Exploration Camp in Chinese immersion, children will experience the wonders of science, technology, engineering, and math through hands-on activities and interactive games. Each day features a different theme, ranging from motion and speed, physical phenomena, to chemical changes and engineering design. Campers not only learn fundamental concepts but also develop observation skills, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. The program emphasizes hands-on experiments, exploration, and teamwork, fostering curiosity, scientific literacy, and an understanding of how STEM applies to everyday life. This camp is designed for students in grades 2–6 with a strong foundation in listening and speaking Chinese.
Eligibility:
- Students have a good foundation in Chinese listening, speaking, and comprehension skills.
3.Sports Camp (9:00am-11:50am)
- Our spacious indoor multi-purpose sports facility is perfect for basketball, badminton, indoor soccer, and more. Skilled coaches offer a safe and engaging environment to teach children the fundamental skills of each sport while promoting teamwork and sportsmanship. This course is taught in English and is open to students entering grades 2 through 6 this fall.

Option 1. Cultural Life Workshop
(1:00pm-3:50pm)
Dive into a new cultural theme each session through arts & crafts, ancient inventions, ethnic traditions, Chinese cuisine, summer games, and life exploration! Our hands-on, interactive classes have no language pressure—students are grouped by Chinese level, with Novice-Low learners receiving English support—so every child can learn, play, and explore with confidence.
- Cultural Crafts: Engage in creating cultural art projects using techniques like calligraphy and traditional Chinese painting.
- Scientific Inventions: Explore ancient or modern scientific practices such as papermaking, printing, gunpowder, and dyeing.
- Ethnic Customs: Gain an understanding of the unique architecture, clothing, geographical resources of various ethnicities, or participate in ethnic activities/dances.
- Huaxia Flavors: Combine arts and crafts with the taste of unique Chinese cuisine from festivals or solar terms.
- Summer Frolic: Experience Chinese childhood games, night market activities, team-building exercises, karaoke, and participate in fun competitions that stimulate creativity.

- Students with basic mandarin speaking and listening skills.
Option 2. Enrichment Program
- Art & Craft: Introduce your child to a variety of art techniques and styles that will help them express their creativity. Our professional art teachers will guide them through fun and inspiring projects, nurturing their artistic skills along the way. This course, taught in English, is open to students entering grades 2-6 this fall.
- Chess: A course designed for children who love chess or wish to learn the game, with a progressive curriculum that starts from the basics. Experienced coaches will provide step-by-step instruction on topics such as understanding the chessboard and pieces, rules of the game, practice matches, and tactical exercises to help improve their skills and strategies. This course is taught in English and is open to students entering grades 2-6 this fall.
- Chinese Music Instruments: Through this introductory course, students will get a glimpse of various traditional Chinese instruments, such as the guzheng, erhu, percussion, and more. They will learn about the sound principles and playing techniques of these instruments. The course is designed to help students quickly play a simple, familiar piece, sparking their interest in Chinese music. This course is taught in Chinese, with English support available.
- Chinese Drum: Drumming is beneficial for emotional regulation and sensory integration. Students will learn to combine body movements with rhythmic drumming, effectively helping to relieve everyday stress. The course is led by Mr. Bin He, conductor of the South Coast Chinese Orchestra. This course is taught in Chinese, with English support available.
