Enrollment Fees Schedule Guidelines
- Tuition for the 2026-2027 school year (August 22, 2026 - May 23, 2027) includes a 30-week course, with three hours of instruction provided each week.
- Students will receive textbooks, materials and the essential learning resources for the class, including access to iChineseReader via a provided account.
- For additional students within the same family, A $45 Sibling Discount is applied to the Student's tuition fee.
- The service deposit varies based on the student count For a single student, the service deposit is $50. If there are multiple students on a family account, the deposit is $100. Families will receive a refund for service deposits at the end of the school year, depending on the service points accumulated, up to the maximum deposit.
- If families of current students submit the online application for the upcoming school year by 11:59 pm on April 20, 2026 and make the full payment before 5:30 pm on April 25, 2025, they will qualify for a $45 Early Bird Discount per student. If payment is not received by this deadline, the discount will be cancelled and taken off the family account.
- A $25 fee will be applied to each class change made after the first day of class, except when the change is initiated by a teacher's recommendation.

- $400 - High School Extra Credit Program. All high school students from 9th through 12th grades are eligible for our ICS High School Extra Credit Program.
Withdrawal and Refund
Withdrawal Terms and Conditions:
- Kindly forward any student withdrawal requests, along with the reason for quitting, to reg@sccca.org. Refunds based on the policy outlined below will be handled swiftly once your request is received.
- Given the limited number of seats, students are required to fully commit to and actively engage in the program for the entire academic year to ensure their spot. NO MAKE-UP CLASSES will be provided at any other time during the school year. If an early withdrawal becomes necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, please refer to the detailed refund policy outlined below.
- *Kindly note that the registration processing fee is not refundable. On or before the first day, the textbooks and materials must be returned in new condition, with no writing, soiling, or damage.
